I've always had trouble writing poetry in the fall because depression is usually just settling in me. Curiously in 2020 I made it through much better than before and by 2021 I thought I had it figured out. I had become a homebody, languishing in my tomb of a home but when Covid hit, I was no longer alone. Along came Zoom and other online meeting programs and I spent more time talking to other people than I had before. Likewise I began writing more. Now, your poem has prompted me to enter into fall rather than start my hibernation. I'm due to produce a poem this month and now I will. Thank you for your beautiful vision!
WE NEED THIS
Thank you, Julie.
Lovely. Soothes me after the pain of the day.
Thank you, Robert. That means a lot.
