Why is this disgusting scenario a part of the history of what women have had to endure to simply matter, to be recognized, to rise?
Powerful. And, saying "only to myself" is, unfortunately, the only empathy most ever experience after "down on your knees" literally and figuratively. I feel angry, knowing what still goes on in corporations, governments and all other organizations, including the faith-based.

Yes, it should be past but sexual violence, harassment and coverups are part of the ongoing story.
